Shipping & returns
Everything is made in Siem Reap and sold in Cambodia, for now. Pick it up at the house, have it brought to you in Siem Reap, or sent anywhere in the country.
Delivery
We sell in Cambodia only, for now. You choose how your mask reaches you at checkout.
Pickup at Peaceful Chaos
Free. Collect it from 157 West Riverside Street, Krong Siem Reap, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. We message you when it is ready.
Delivery in Siem Reap
A rider brings it to your door. The fee shows at checkout before you pay.
Anywhere else in Cambodia
We send it by courier to any province. The fee depends on where it goes and shows at checkout before you pay.
Outside Cambodia
Not yet. Write to hello@blankstory.co and we will tell you when that changes.
Processing
Orders are packed by hand. Most orders leave within two to four business days. Every mask is checked, wrapped and boxed by the same people who cast it, and if something does not pass inspection we hold the order and tell you rather than send it anyway.
Lost parcels
If a courier parcel is marked delivered and you did not receive it, write to us with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. You pay by KHQR, from any Cambodian bank app. Card payment is coming.
Out of stock and Notify me
Hanuman’s first batch arrives late 2026, and the other seven masks follow in 2027. A mask that is out of stock cannot be ordered or reserved. Press Notify me on its page and you get one email the day it is in stock, and nothing else.
Breakage
If your mask arrives broken or chipped, send a photograph of the mask and of the box to hello@blankstory.co within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free, including delivery. You do not need to return the broken one and you do not need to argue with us about it.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unpainted product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The mask must come back in its original box with the foam tray and the paint pots unopened. Bring it to Peaceful Chaos, or send it back by courier at your cost. Delivery charges are not refunded. Refunds go back to the account you paid from.
Once paint is on the mask it is yours. Painting it is the point of the object.

Write your order number on the outside of the box. Allow one to two weeks for processing once your return reaches us.
Wrong, damaged or defective
Write to hello@blankstory.co with a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We fix it. There is no form.
