These apply to every wholesale order placed with Blank Story, a brand of Peaceful Chaos, registered in Cambodia. Placing an order means you accept them.

Ordering

Minimum order is one case pack of four units. That applies to your opening order and to every reorder after it. There is no separate opening minimum and no penalty for ordering small. If you want to test one case in one store, that is a real order and we will fill it.

Mixed cases are not available. A case is four of the same mask.

Payment

All orders are prepaid in full before we ship or release stock. We do not operate credit accounts, we do not offer net terms, and we do not invoice against delivery. A pro forma invoice is issued on confirmation and paid by KHQR. The order is picked and dispatched the next business day after it clears.

Registering interest before we open costs nothing and commits nothing. When stock is ready we come back to you with a date, and payment is due then, not now. You may withdraw at any point before that invoice is issued.

No consignment

We do not place stock on consignment, on sale or return, or on any arrangement where payment depends on sell-through. Every mask leaving here is sold. We hold the stock and carry that risk ourselves, which is why we can ship you four units rather than ask you to commit to a container.

Returns

Wholesale orders are final. We do not accept returns for overstock, for slow sell-through, for change of mind, or at the end of a season.

The one exception is defective stock. If a mask arrives broken, chipped, mis-cast or with a fault in the box or its contents, send photographs of the mask and the carton to hello@blankstory.co within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement free, including delivery. You do not need to return the faulty unit and you do not need to argue about it.

Dispatch

We are building stock before we open. Casting runs at about two hundred a day and shipping starts once we hold a few thousand units. From that point orders ship the next business day after payment clears. There is no production lead time to wait out and no minimum run to fill.

If you need a larger quantity than we have on the shelf, tell us the number and the date and we will confirm before you pay rather than after.

Delivery and collection

We sell to stores in Cambodia only, for now. Orders go by courier to any province, with the delivery fee on your invoice.

You can also collect from our office at 157 West Riverside Street, Krong Siem Reap. Collection is free. Give us two working days’ notice.

Where you can sell

In your own store and on your own website. Not on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Temu or any third-party marketplace, and not through a reseller without our written agreement. Exclusivity is considered by city, is never automatic, and is agreed in writing or not at all.

Pricing and presentation

Wholesale pricing on this page is confidential and for your buying team only. Suggested retail is $40. You are free to set your own price, but sustained discounting below suggested retail may end the account.

Please keep the mask in its box on shelf and keep the story card with it. The card is most of why the thing sells.
