Everything is made and shipped from Siem Reap, Cambodia. That means longer transit times than you may be used to, and it means the money stays here. We would rather be straight with you about both.
Blank Story ships worldwide from Krong Siem Reap, Cambodia. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Carrier transit times shown at checkout are the carrier’s estimate and do not include our processing time.
Where we can offer it, we ship DDP, delivered duties paid, so import duty and local tax are included in the price you pay at checkout and there is nothing to settle on delivery. Where DDP is not available for your country, orders ship DAP and any duty, tax or customs handling charged on arrival is the responsibility of the recipient. Which applies to you is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are packed by hand. Once we are in production, most orders leave within two to four business days. Every mask is checked, wrapped and boxed by the same people who cast it, and if something does not pass inspection we hold the order and tell you rather than shipping it anyway.
Hanuman goes on sale in 2027. Until then nothing is for sale and nothing can be reserved. Join the launch list on the product page and you get one email on the day, and nothing else.
From launch, orders ship from stock. No queue, no allocation, no waiting list.
We cannot replace parcels marked delivered by the carrier but not received. Contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If that goes nowhere, write to us and we will do what we can, including opening a claim on our side.
Plaster is plaster. If your mask arrives broken or chipped, send a photograph of the mask and of the box to hello@blankstory.co within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free, including shipping. You do not need to return the broken one and you do not need to argue with us about it.
This policy applies to products bought from blankstory.co. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Return rights vary by destination, so find your case below.
We accept returns of unopened, unpainted product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The mask must come back in its original box with the foam tray and the paint pots unopened. Original outbound shipping is not refunded and you arrange and pay for return postage.
Once paint is on the mask it is yours. That is not us being difficult, it is the entire point of the object.
If you are a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies to all eligible orders, including discounted items, and cannot be waived.
